Reminders That God is With Us

We are all going through a time of uncertainty. Uncertainty of our health and the health of our loved ones. There is a lot of uncertainty of whether or not there will still be a job for you to go back to tomorrow. There is uncertainty of there being toilet paper at the grocery store when you need it. All of this uncertainty over basic necessities can be unsettling and cause plenty of stress and anxieties. I want to just remind everyone that we are not alone in this. Not only are we not alone in the instance that this a world-wide problem and our friends and neighbors are going through the same thing, but that God is guiding us through this. There are a few personal situations that I have witnessed and been through in the last couple of weeks that I have really seen God’s presence. We all love Disney movies, right? I know I do! I’m pretty sure that we’ve all lost track of how long we’ve been practicing social distancing, quarantine, shelter in place, or whatever we’re calling it now, and are looking for something different to watch. I’ve come up with a list of my top 10 Disney Channel Original Movies that are available on Disney Plus right now . I Got Tested For COVID-19

So, I think the title gives you an idea of how the last few weeks of my life has been going. Let me take you along how it was decided that I needed to be tested and where I’m at now. On March 2 I had a septoplasty to correct my deviated septum. Following the surgery I had a lot of sinus drainage. Nothing to be surprised about or concerned about, right? Normally, that would be correct. Then mid-March the corona virus hit the U.S. I had already gone to the local Dr. J’s urgent care and gotten some antibiotics for a mild sinus infection. I was told not to be concerned, but to practice social distancing and wash my hands just like everyone else. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I’ve finished the antibiotics for the sinus infection, and the sinuses in my face no longer feel sore but I developed a terrible cough and a low-grade fever. When I say my cough was terrible, it was terrible . I have four dislocated ribs as a result from it, and of course we are in the middle of a pandemic, go
